📦 Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your item has not yet gone into production or been dispatched, we’ll do our best to help. As many of our products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Can I amend my shipping address?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as quickly as possible. We can update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes - you’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

🌍 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the UK, US, Canada and selected countries in the EU. Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout based on your location and products in your cart.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping thresholds may vary by location and product type. The latest available shipping offer will be shown in the announcement bar and at checkout.

How long does my order take to arrive?

FOR WALLPAPERS:

Our wallpapers are made to order. Please allow around 5-7 business days for production, followed by 3-7 business days tracked delivery after dispatch.

FOR BUSY BOOKS:

Our busy books are usually despatched the next working day with tracked delivery. Shipping timeframes are as follows:
🇬🇧 UK Delivery 2-3 working days
🇪🇺 EU Delivery 3-5 working days.
🇺🇸🇨🇦 US/CAN Delivery 5-7 working days (Delivered Duty Paid)

Will my order include tracking?

Yes, tracked delivery is provided where available. Once your order has dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Will wallpaper and busy books ship together?

Not always. Wallpaper and busy books may ship separately because they are produced and fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains both, you may receive separate tracking updates.

⏎ Returns & Exchanges

Can I return wallpaper?

Because wallpaper is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect measurements or colour preference. Please order a sample first if you’re unsure.

Can I return busy books?

Yes. If your busy book is unused and in its original condition, please contact us within the 14 day return window stated in our policy. We’ll guide you through the next steps if your item is eligible.

Can I exchange an item?

At the moment we do not accept exchanges. For eligible busy book returns, you’re welcome to return the item and place a new order for the one you’d prefer. Made-to-order wallpaper cannot be returned or exchanged.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to view past orders and manage details.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout is securely processed through trusted payment providers.

I forgot to use my discount code. Can you apply it after ordering?

Discount codes must be entered at checkout. We may not be able to apply a code after an order has been placed, so please double-check before completing payment.

When will I receive a reply?

We aim to reply as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, replies may take a little longer.
