Shipping Policy

At Petite Playhouse, every order is prepared with care. Some of our products are made to order, while others are ready to ship from our fulfilment locations. Please read the information below before placing your order so you know what to expect.

Order Processing

Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.

Wallpaper is made to order and printed especially for your chosen design, size and material. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for wallpaper production before dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Busy books are shipped separately from our UK fulfilment location. Busy book orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, depending on stock availability and order volume.

If your order contains more than one product type, such as wallpaper and busy books, your items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer tracked delivery where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, product type and selected shipping method. Any delivery dates or timeframes shown on our website, at checkout or in order emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Please note that production time and delivery time are separate. For made-to-order wallpaper, your order must first be printed and prepared before it is dispatched.

Wallpaper Shipping

Our wallpaper is made to order and shipped directly from our production partner. After production, tracked delivery usually takes approximately 2–7 business days depending on your location and the courier service used.

For larger wallpaper orders, your order may be sent in more than one parcel.

Busy Book Shipping

Busy books are dispatched from our UK fulfilment location and may ship separately from wallpaper orders. Available delivery options and estimated times will be shown at checkout based on your location.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs, available delivery methods and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or local charges depending on your country’s rules. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing may occasionally cause delays, which are outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@petiteplayhouse.com. We can update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched or, for wallpaper orders, if production and shipment details have not yet been finalised.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to guarantee address changes. Petite Playhouse is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Delivery Delays

We do our best to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes, but delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, customs processing, public holidays, weather, high order volume, supplier delays or circumstances outside our control.

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbours, your building reception, mail room or safe place.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us at orders@petiteplayhouse.com with your order number and tracking details so we can look into it.

Where possible, we will help you raise an enquiry with the courier. Please note that courier investigations can take time, and outcomes may depend on the carrier’s findings.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. This helps us review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
