Product Information

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, device displays and material type.For wallpaper, we strongly recommend ordering samples before purchasing full panels. Samples are intended to help you check colour, finish and style in your own space. Please note that our 12" × 12" samples may show a scaled or partial section of the design, while full wallpaper panels are printed at the correct repeat scale stated on the product page.All product measurements, materials, finishes, colours and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but small variations may occur, especially with made-to-order items.

Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Once your order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email.Please check your order details carefully before completing checkout, including product type, size, material, colour, quantity, personalisation details and shipping address. We may not be able to make changes once an order has entered production or been dispatched.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there has been a pricing error, stock issue, payment issue, suspected fraud, misuse of a discount code, or any other issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected on the website. Prices may vary by market, region or currency. Any applicable taxes, shipping costs, duties or fees will be shown at checkout where possible.Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and its supported payment providers. We do not store your full card details.Discount codes must be entered at checkout. We may not be able to apply discount codes after an order has been placed. Discount codes cannot usually be combined unless clearly stated.

Made-to-Order Wallpaper

Our wallpaper is made to order, which means it is printed specifically for your chosen design, size, material and order requirements. Because of this, wallpaper orders may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has started.Please double-check all measurements before ordering. If you are unsure how many panels you need, please use our wallpaper calculator or contact us before placing your order.Custom colour requests are reviewed before production. If we need to confirm details, we will contact you before printing. We cannot guarantee exact colour matching due to differences between screens, materials, lighting and print processes.

Busy Books

Busy books are designed for quiet, screen-free play and early learning. They include removable felt pieces and should be used with adult supervision, especially around younger children.Busy books are generally suitable for children aged 3+, unless otherwise stated. Please keep small removable pieces away from children under 3 years old due to choking risk.If a busy book is eligible for return, it must be unused, complete, and in its original condition. We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order for the item you would prefer.

Digital Products

Some products may be sold as digital downloads, such as printable colouring pages. Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped.By purchasing a digital product, you agree that access to the download may be provided shortly after checkout. Digital downloads are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. They may not be resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded to other platforms, or used commercially.Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless required by law.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on the product type and delivery location.Wallpaper is made to order in Europe and shipped directly from our production partner. Please allow time for production before dispatch. Busy books may ship separately from our UK fulfilment location. If your order contains more than one product type, items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & International Orders

We ship to selected international destinations. Import duties, taxes, customs fees or local charges may apply depending on your delivery country and the product ordered.Where duties are included or paid by us, this will be stated on the product page or at checkout. If duties, taxes or customs charges are not included, they are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full information about returns, cancellations and refunds.In summary, made-to-order wallpaper cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect measurements, colour preference or ordering the wrong size/material once production has started.For eligible busy book returns, please contact us before sending anything back. Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition.If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue, including packaging where relevant. We will review the issue and help resolve it.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, product photography, text, graphics, branding, logos, website content and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Petite Playhouse.You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, imitate, use, upload or exploit our designs, artwork, photography, branding or content without written permission.Purchasing a product from us does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

Personal Use

Our products are sold for personal use unless otherwise stated. Reviews, Photos & User Content

If you send us photos, reviews, messages, feedback or tag us on social media, you allow us to share or repost that content for marketing, website, social media or promotional purposes, unless you tell us otherwise.We will always try to credit user-generated content where possible. If you would like us to remove a photo or review from our website or social media, please contact us.

We are not responsible for installation issues caused by wall condition, incorrect application, adhesive handling, humidity, heat, mould, or environmental factors.Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
