SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, colours, scale, texture and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, device, lighting, photography and the material selected.
For wallpaper, we strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing full panels or rolls. Samples are intended to help you check colour, finish and material in your own room before placing a made-to-order wallpaper order.
Our wallpaper is made to order and printed especially for your chosen design, size, material and order requirements. Please check all measurements, material choices and product details carefully before placing your order.
Our busy books are designed for screen-free play and early learning. They contain removable pieces and should be used with adult supervision, especially around younger children. Unless otherwise stated, our busy books are intended for children aged 3+.
Product descriptions, prices, availability and designs may change from time to time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance by sending your order confirmation email.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including product type, size, material, quantity, colour, custom details and shipping address.
Busy book orders can only be changed or cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
Wallpaper orders can only be changed or cancelled if production has not yet started. Once wallpaper production has started, we are unable to cancel, return or exchange the order due to its made-to-order nature.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery times vary depending on product type, production time, destination and carrier service.
Wallpaper is made to order. Please allow the production time stated on the product page or at checkout before dispatch. Busy books may have a different processing time and may ship separately from wallpaper.
Any delivery dates or timeframes shown on our website, at checkout or in order communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, public holidays, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
If an order contains more than one product type, items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
