Our wallpaper is made to order, which means it is printed especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for wallpaper production before dispatch.

Busy books are shipped separately from our UK fulfilment location and are usually despatched within 1-2 business days.

If your order contains more than one product type, such as wallpaper and busy books, your items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

We offer tracked delivery on all our orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.

Wallpaper is made to order in Europe and shipped directly from our production partner. Delivery times after dispatch vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Busy book delivery times are listed below for reference:

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs processing, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs, available delivery methods and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

For all US orders, duties are covered and will be shipped with delivered duty paid (DDP). For other international destinations, import duties, taxes, customs fees or local charges may apply depending on your country’s rules. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Wallpaper is made to order, so we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once production has started. This includes returns due to incorrect measurements, change of mind, colour preference, or ordering the wrong material/size.

We strongly recommend ordering wallpaper samples before purchasing full panels. Samples allow you to check colour, finish and style in your own room lighting before committing to a full wall.

Busy books may be eligible for return if they are unused, in their original condition and returned within the stated 14 day return period. If you would like to return a busy book, please contact us first with your order number so we can confirm whether your item is eligible and provide return instructions.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your busy book is eligible for return, you can return it first and place a new order for the item you would prefer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order if it has not yet entered production or been dispatched. (Usually within 24 hours)

Once wallpaper production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled due to its made-to-order nature.
